Aims:
  1. Keeping of individual health records for the elderly
  2. Strengthening body, improving cardiopulmonary functions, flexibility and balance through regular stretching and muscle building exercise
  3. Being active in memory, concentration and coordination
Targets: Elderly aged 55 or above in Tuen Mun and Yuen Long districts
Number of session: A total of five sessions; one month interval; one hour per session
Content: Session 1: Regular health assessment (pre)
Session 2: Physical fitness activity and exercise (1)
Session 3: Physical fitness activity and exercise (2)
Session 4: Physical fitness activity and exercise (3)
Session 5: Regular health assessment (post)
